Ms. Pak has served as Chief Compliance Officer of Oaktree Strategic Credit Fund since inception. Ms. Pak currently serves as a managing director in the Compliance department. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2007, Ms. Pak worked in the Compliance department of Associated Securities Corp., most recently as a compliance and legal specialist. Prior experiences also include working at California Pension Administrators & Consultants as a marketing manager as well as at Asia Pacific Investor Services as a compliance manager. Ms. Pak graduated with a B.S. degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and international business summa cum laude from Seattle University. She then went on to receive an M.B.A degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Isenberg School of Management. Ms. Pak also holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional designation.
